We want you to love your Bluewud furniture. If something isn't right, here is exactly what to do and what to expect.
How to Initiate a Return

We Review
Eligibility confirmed within 48 hours of your request
Repack
Place item in original packaging with all labels intact
Pickup Arranged
Allow up to 1 week for reverse pickup scheduling
Refund Processed
After item received and inspected at our warehouse
Eligible for Return
- Packaging tampered with or damaged before/during delivery
- Product arrived significantly later than estimated window
- Product is damaged or defective upon opening
- Product received does not match the website description
- Product dimensions differ materially from what was listed
- Items under ₹350 (hooks, holders etc.) if damaged or defective
Not Eligible for Return
- Items under ₹350 (hooks, holders, etc.) unless damaged/defective
- Products purchased as part of Buy One Get One promotions
- Gift cards
- Requests raised after the 10-day return window
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse (undamaged, correctly delivered)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
To complete your return: we require a clear description of the issue along with photographs in the case of damage, defects, or tampered packaging. Returns without supporting evidence may not be approved.

Refund Details
- Refund is credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days of approval
- Shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs (if self-shipped) will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error
If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, self-ship to: Bluewud Concepts Pvt. Ltd., C-5, Sector-65, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh. For shipments above ₹10,000, use a trackable courier.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Re-check your bank account or original payment method
- Contact your credit card company — a few business days may be needed
- Contact your bank — there is sometimes a processing delay on their end
- If still missing, email care@bluewud.com with your transaction reference and we will investigate immediately
Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations: COD orders can be cancelled from your account before dispatch. For prepaid orders, email us before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — however, you may refuse delivery and inform us; we will process a return from there.
Exchanges: We replace items only when defective or damaged. Email care@bluewud.com with your order details and we will arrange the process.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. If shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to them.
