Is it safe to shop on Bluewud?
Yes — completely. Our website uses SSL encryption (look for the padlock in your browser address bar), which ensures all data between your device and our servers is encrypted. We partner with PCI-DSS-compliant gateways trusted by millions across India. We do not store card details on our servers at any point.
Is it safe to use Net Banking on your site?
Yes. All net banking transactions go through your bank's own secure authentication portal, processed by our gateway under end-to-end encryption. Bluewud never sees or stores your banking credentials. We recommend shopping on a personal device and private network — avoid public Wi-Fi for any financial transaction.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price shown on our product pages is exactly what you pay. No packaging surcharges, no delivery fees, no hidden extras. All prices include applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — COD is available on eligible orders across most Indian pin codes. If your pin code supports it, you'll see it listed at checkout. Please note:
- Please have the exact amount ready — delivery partners may not carry change
- COD orders can be cancelled from your account before dispatch; after dispatch, refusal at the door is required to reverse the order
My payment failed but money was deducted — what happens?
Payment failures with deductions happen when a transaction is interrupted (network drop or bank timeout). In this case:
- The amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 3–5 business days
- Your order will not be placed if payment was not confirmed at our end
If the reversal doesn't appear within 5 days, email care@bluewud.com with your transaction reference ID and we'll raise a dispute with the gateway on your behalf.
Can I pay in instalments (EMI)?
Yes — EMI options are available on eligible credit cards. Available tenures and applicable interest charges (if any) are shown at checkout. EMI availability depends on your card issuer and order value.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days of approval. UPI and net banking refunds typically appear faster than credit/debit cards, where the bank's own processing timeline may apply. For details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
