Returns, Refunds & Exchange
We want you to love your Bluewud furniture. Read through our policies so you know exactly what to expect at every step — before you buy, after delivery, and beyond.
Return Policy
Within 10 days of deliveryNon-returnable items
These items are non-returnable due to their volumetric nature. Made of engineered wood (environment-friendly sawdust, 15 mm boards). Only part replacements are provided for any issues with these products.
- Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, missing-parts, or not-as-described cases
- Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery
- Assembled or used products are not eligible for return
- If packaging is tampered or product is in bad condition, refuse the delivery
- Email care@bluewud.com with your Order ID and a photo of the defect — we will issue a credit note or refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If pick-up is unavailable at your location, self-ship — up to ₹150 credit note provided for reverse shipping
Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch only- Cancel before the order is shipped — post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted
- If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
Exchange Policy
Within 10 days of delivery- Raise an exchange or replacement request within 10 days of receiving the product
- You will receive an approval email within 48 hours if the request is accepted
- A pick-up will be arranged and a label sent via email — attach it to the package for reverse pick-up
- Replacement shipped within 5–7 working days once we receive the item
- Exchange is not possible if the product has already been installed
- Exchanging for a higher-value product: a coupon code for the returned amount is issued for your next order
- Exchanging for a lower-value product: balance refunded or issued as a credit note (credit notes cannot be encashed later)

Important Notes
- Items must not be installed before raising a return or exchange request
- Original packaging and labels must be intact — items without original labels will not be accepted
- Volumetric items (Beds, Wardrobes, large TV units) are not accepted for return — only part replacements
- Remote Holders are not eligible for return
- Requests raised after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted — write to care@bluewud.com for exceptional cases
- You will be notified once we receive your returned shipment
