How do I determine the size of the product?
We have provided detailed dimensions of the product under the description and an image size scale to help you determine the size.
How will I receive my order?
Your order is packaged under three-layer protection to ensure it reaches the customer in a healthy condition. It is shipped through our respected partnered courier companies to ensure timely delivery.
How will I get confirmation of my order?
You will be notified through an email and an SMS right after you place an order. However, an order will only get confirmed after we verify the payment of the same.
The order was placed by my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order failed but my money got deducted. What should I do now?
Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days

When is my Order Shipped?
Your order is generally shipped in a day or two. If there are any delays we will provide you with relevant information for the same.
When is the order delivered?
We take an estimate of 10-12 working days for the shipment to get delivered but it usually reaches their customer within a week. from the date of shipment.
What's the difference in Air shipping & Surface Shipping?
Products weighing under 1.5 kg are shipped under the Air mode and the estimated delivery time for Air mode is of 2-4 working days. Whereas, Volumetric products (Above 1.5kg) are shipped through surface mode and estimate delivery for such item are within 10-12 working days.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will be provided with a tracking ID for your order right after the shipment gets dispatched from our warehouse.
Do we apply any shipping charges?
Usually, the customer doesn't need to bear the shipping charges as we provide free shipping on all our products but in certain cases, the customer may have to pay a small amount for the shipping.
What happens to the shipping charges when I return a product I didn't like?
Bluewud's return policy gives you an option to return the product/s you didn't like. Shipping charges, if any, however, will not be refunded for these orders
Do you ship internationally?
We do not accept international orders through our website yet. You can expect it very soon.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on all 7 days except national and state holidays.
Cancellations & Related Queries
How do I cancel my order?
COD orders can be canceled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.
For prepaid orders, please contact our customer care at email@example.com to cancel the order and put in an online refund request.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

Do you provide free installation of the product?
Self-Installation Product:: The package includes the necessary hardware and instruction guide. All parts are pre-drilled, and installation is typically easy but requires some technical knowledge. However, if you’re confident with DIY tasks, you could save time and money by installing it yourself, or else you can hire a professional carpenter from your local market for installation.
