Almost perfect TV unit

Required multiple followups for getting shipment. Colour is darker than ordered and Two of back side plates are not colour matched with ordered one. Medium quality plywood. Design superb. Alignment of planks also good...

Delay in delivery, incomplete screws and fasteners, assembly cost

Delivery experience was bad
Incomplete screws and fasteners, had to procure from market, assembly costed too much. It is advised not to sell such product with DIY assembly

Worst experience

Product is not delivered. And money is not yet refunded.
They promised delivery on 13th and I called customer service 5times till 16th june, all the time they said product will be delivered in 24 hours but failed. One time they said product is lost too. Worst service. Till now I didn’t get my refund
